Payment

Customers can use PayPal and the major card options shown at checkout to pay for the products on our website.

Shipping

Products will be shipped using the shipping methods described on our Shipping page.

Returns & Refunds

All customers are entitled to a refund or replacement within 30 days if the product is defective, does not arrive, or otherwise fails to meet expectations. See our Return Policy for details. The 14-day right of return also applies to customers shopping from the European Union.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time and for any reason, in our sole discretion. This includes orders with incorrect pricing or product information, orders that appear fraudulent, high-risk, or abusive, and orders from customers we are unable or unwilling to do business with. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
