Delivery times

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Larger orders or remote destinations may take longer.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express options are shown at checkout where available.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 1–3 business days of placing your order. You can also use our order tracking page with your order number.

Customs & duties

Most destinations are duty-free for our small parcels. Buyers are responsible for any local import duties.

Seemingly incomplete deliveries

From time to time, the items in a single order will arrive in more than one package. This usually happens because different products are stored in different warehouses or fulfilled by different suppliers — and, to be fully honest, because we're still a young brand figuring out our logistics setup.

In most cases, the packages will arrive on the same day. When they don't, the remaining package will typically follow a day or two later.

One important thing to know: when your order has a tracking number attached, that number always refers to the last package being sent out for your order. So if a delivery arrives and something seems to be missing, please check your tracking before anything else — chances are the rest of your order is already on its way.
